Thank you for shopping at ANMIRA. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics, weather, or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ANMIRA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs duties, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a restocking fee may apply.
5. Damages & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival.
- If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- Contact us immediately at support@anmira.com with photos of the damage so we can initiate a replacement or refund process.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building management.
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered prematurely).
- Contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.
- Reach out to us at support@anmira.com for further assistance.
7. Delivery Address Accuracy
We ship to the address provided by you at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. ANMIRA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
