At Anmira, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the exact condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags still attached
  • In its original packaging

You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@anmira.com to initiate your return request.
  2. Get Your Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Ship It Back: Securely package the item and send it to our facility at: Navrangpura,Ahmedabad,Gujarat,India.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will swiftly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items
  • Personal care goods: Beauty products, cosmetics, etc.
  • Perishable goods: Food, flowers, or plants
  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted clearance/sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria apply: your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging, alongside the proof of purchase.


Refunds

  1. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved.
  2. Processing: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Posting: Please keep in mind that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your funds, please contact us immediately at
